ORDINANCE NO. 4801 BY ~r. Ward <br /> <br /> AN E~.~RGENCY ORDINANCE supplementing the temporary Appropriation <br />Ordinance NOG 4794, adopted January 7, 1952, and making additional ap- <br />propriation of $5,000.00 from the General to the Civil Defense Fund. <br /> <br /> ~HEAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate pre- <br />servation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the amount of $5,000.00 be and is hereby ap- <br />propriated from the General Fund to the Civil Defense Fund, in addition. <br />to the appropriation of $18,000.00 which was appropriated for Civil Defense <br />purposes in Ordinance No. 4794, adopted January 7, 1952, <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor° <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />January 21, 1952 <br /> <br />January 21, 1952 <br /> <br />George F.
