Section ho All compensation shall be payable in equal semi-monthly fn~tall- <br />ments cut of the Safety Division of the General Fundo <br /> <br /> Section 5e It shall be the duty of the officers and other employes to per- <br />form such duties as shall be required of them by the Mayor and their superior offi- <br />cers and such other duties as are prescribed by law and which are necessary and in- <br />cidental to the respective positions which they occupy in said divisiono <br /> <br /> Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force March 1, 1952 and Ordinance Nco 47?8, adopted September 4, 19%1 and all <br />other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby <br />repealede <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />February 29~ 1952 <br /> <br />Wmo R.
