ORDINANOE NO. 4837 BY Mr, Ward <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of appropriation as ap- <br /> propriated by Ordinance Noa 4826 adopted March 17, 1952. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br /> of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily eper- <br /> · tion of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> ~E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAEEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Ffnance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to make transfer of appropriation as appropriated by OrdLuance No. 4826 adopted <br />March 17, 1952: <br /> <br />From Appropriation 3265 <br />To Appropriation 7302 <br /> <br /> 9ENERAL FUND <br /> <br />General Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Clerk Hire - Planning Co,,,~'~ ~ston <br /> <br />$ 5~o~ <br /> <br /> Section 2e That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergensy <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and providing it receives <br />the affirmative veto of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take <br />effect andbe in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by theMayore <br /> <br />Adopted:_ June 2, 1952 <br /> <br />Approved:_ June 3, 1952 <br /> <br />A, I.
