Ordinance <br />WHEREAS, to provide such offTstreet parking facilities the City (a) has <br />heretofore acquired, established and is now operating a municipal parking lot known <br />as the Wilson School Lot9 being a parcel of land lying between Warren Road and St. <br />Charles Avenue and more particularly described in Ordinance No. 11761 of the Ctyp <br />containing 117 parking spaces and meters for the acquisition of which the City has <br />advanced from other funds the sum of $35,000 in anticipation of reimbursement frgm <br />the proceeds of the bands herein provic}ed for9 and (b) now proposes to acquire, <br />improve and develop for metered off street parking (the creation of such additional <br />off street parking faC7,ities being. herein called the "Frojeoto'}, one or more of <br />the fpllowing lotsz <br />Lot 1. Lying between Warren Road and Cook Avenue, to contain an <br />estimated 93 metered parking spaces and described as follows; <br />`sublot: 1519 150 and 11;9 in the Lakewood Realty Company's <br />"Lakewood Parke Subdivision as shotim by plat recorded in <br />Volyme 279 pSge 269 Cuyahoga County Record of Maps. <br />The northerly 16.61 feet of sublot 52 plus the 10 feet of the <br />southerly portion of sublot 51. The r_ortherly 30 feet of sub- <br />lqt 51 plus the 20 feet of the southerly portion of sublot 50. <br />The northerly 20 feet of sublot 50 plus the llt feet o£ the <br />southerly portion of sublot !s9 as found in the Chas.
