ORDINANCE NO. 7-58 BY: Messrs. Gaydos, ~ottermeyer, Lawther, Ward, Chockley, Fahrenbach. AN ORDINANCE to amend and supplement Section 1111,12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by chang- ing and revising the zone map with respect to certain propertyall as hereinafter set forth and described. WHEREAS, It is considered necessary in the interests of public welfare and as well as the owner.thereof, that the zoning of property hereinafter described be changed, ~ow therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF L~EWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Oode of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing and revising the zone map to the extent that the property described as: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport TownshiP SectiOn N°. 22 and further described as follows: Beginning in the westerly line of St. Charles Ave. 50 ft. wide at the northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 64 of the Onondage Park Subdivision as recorded in Volmme 68, Page 34 of Cuyahoga County Map Record. Thence from said place of beginning northerly on the westerly line of said St. Charles Ave,, about 625 feet but to the south line of property zoned to 2a mae, Thence west along the south line of property so zoned to 2a use 157 ft,, Thence southerly parallel to and 157 feet westerly from St. Charles Ave., about 625 ft. to the northerly line of said Sublot No. 64 recorded as aforesaid. Thence easterly along the northerly line of said sublot, 157 ft. to the place of beginning, ~ from shall be and it is hereby re.classifiedand changed . la-H1-A2 to 2a,H4-A4, as designated and provided in Section 1111.05 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewoo4. Section 2, That the city engineer be and he is hereby author- ized and directed to make said re-classification, change and revision in zone map, which zone map with said re-classification, change and revision made as herein provided, is hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its p~ssage and approval by the mayor at the earl- iest period allowed by law, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
