ORDINANCE NO. 8-58 BY: Messrso Gottermeyer, Lawther, Ward, Chockley, Fahrenbach, Gaydos. AN ORDINANCE to amend and supplement Section llll.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zone map with r~spect to certain property all as hereinafter set forth and describea, WHEREAS, It is considered necessary in the interests of public welfare and as well as the owner thereof, that the zoning of property hereinafter described be changed; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section llll.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing and revising the zone map to the extent that the property described as: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 22 and further described as follows: Beginning in the easterly line of Victoria Ave. 50 ft. wide at a point distant northerly on said easterly line 279.15 from its intersection with the northerly line of Hilliard Road, 60 ft. wide Thence from said place of beginning North 0 degrees 19' west along said easterly line of Victoria 431.02 ft., but to the northerly line of the property of the Lakewood Board of Education, Thence easterly on said northerly line 81o25 ft. but to the westerly line of property now in 2a zoned area, Thence southerly along said westerly line of land so zoned about 432 ft. to the southerly line of property now owned by the City of Lakewood, Thence westerly along said southerly line 72°08 ft. to the east- erly line of Victoria Ave. and the place of beginning. shall be and it is hereby re-classified and changed from la-H1-A2 to 2a-H4-A4, as designated and provided in Section llll.06 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby author- ized and directed to make said re-classification, change and revision in the zone map, which zone map with said re-classification, change and revision made as herein provided, is hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the M~yor at the earliest period allowed by law; and all ordinances or parts of ordi- nances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
