<br />2 <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the <br />mutual promises and advantages to each of the parties, the <br />City of Lakewood, second party, has agreed and does by these <br />presents agree that for each police officer enrolled by it <br />in anyone-month training course as aforesaid, it will pay <br />first party in advance the sum of $25.00. <br /> <br />This agreement shall be in force and effect for a period of <br />one year from and after February 17, 1958, and shall continue <br />in full force and effect thereafter unless and until term- <br />inated by either party upon sixty days written notice to the <br />other. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto set their hands <br />the day and year first above written, the signature of first <br />party being pursuant to resolution of said Board adopted on <br />, 1958, and the signature of second party <br />being pursuant to its Ordinance No. 20-58, passed April 7, <br />1958." <br /> <br />Section 2.
