Section 5. That Section 962.99 of the General Offenses Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be enacted to read as <br />fellows: <br /> <br /> 962,99 Penalty <br /> <br /> Whoever violates the provisions of ~ections 962.01 to 962.05, <br /> both inclusive, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br /> shall be fined not more than $50°00 for each offense. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
