Copy <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64-58 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Gottermeyer, Lawther, <br />Ward, Chockley, <br />Fahrenbach, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to appropriate to public use for the purpose of lay- <br />ing out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off- <br />street parking facilities for motor vehicles. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the following described property be and the <br />same is hereby appropriated to public use for the purpose of laying <br />out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street <br />parking facilities for motor vehicles, to-wit; <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of <br />Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22 <br />and known as being all of Sublot No. 245 of the Lakewood Realty <br />Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, <br />Page 26, of Cuyahoga County Nap Records. <br /> <br />Said sublot has a frontage of 40 feet on the westerly side of <br />St. Charles Avenue and a depth of 130 feet, and known as being <br />the L. B. and Rose Janowitz premises at 1374-76 St. Charles <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Law be and he is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to apply to a court of competent Jurisdiction to <br />have a Jury impaneled and make inquiry into and assess the compensa- <br />tion to be paid for such property. <br /> <br /> Section 3- That the costs and expenses of said appropriation be <br />paid out of proceeds realized by the issuance and sale of automobile <br />parking revenue bonds. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That this ordinance, providing it receives the affirm- <br />ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take <br />effect and be in force ~mmediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: August 8, 1998 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
