Chockley, Fahrenbach, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> La~ther, Ward. <br /> AN ORDINANCE to appropriate to public use for the purpose of lay- <br />ing out, establishing, constructing, ~aintaining and operating off-street <br />parking facilities for motor vehicles. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~OOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the following described property be and the <br />same is hereby appropriated to public use for the purpose of laying out, <br />establishing, constructing, ~intaining and operating off-street park- <br />ing facilities for motor vehicles, to-wit~ <br /> <br />~uat~d.tn the CitY_of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of <br /> nxo, cexng part of uriginal Rockport To~nship,.Section No. 22 <br />and known as being all of Sublot No, 15~ of th~ Lakewood Realty <br />Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, <br />Page 2~, of Cuyahoga Cottuty~ap Records. <br /> <br />Said sublot has a frontage of $O feet on the easterly side of <br />Warren Road and a depth of 130 feet, and known asbeing the <br />George and Maria/premises at 1~7~-75 ~arren Rd. <br /> Schans <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Law be and he is hereby aUthor- <br />ized and directed to apply to a court of competent Jurisdiction to <br />have a Jury impaneled and make inquiry into and assess the compensation <br />to be paid for such property. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the costs and expenses of said appropriation be <br />paid out of proceeds realized by the issuance and sale of automobile <br />parking revenue bonds. <br /> <br /> Section ~. That this ordinance, providing it receives the affirm- <br />ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: August 8., 1~8 <br /> <br />Approved: August 8. 1958. <br /> <br />Thomas C.
