AN ORDINANCE to appropriate to public use for the purpose of lay- ing out, establishing, constructing, ~aintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~OOD, STATE OF OHIO~ Section 1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby appropriated to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, ~intaining and operating off-street park- ing facilities for motor vehicles, to-wit~ ~uat~d.tn the CitY_of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of nxo, cexng part of uriginal Rockport To~nship,.Section No. 22 and known as being all of Sublot No, 15~ of th~ Lakewood Realty Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 2~, of Cuyahoga Cottuty~ap Records. Said sublot has a frontage of $O feet on the easterly side of Warren Road and a depth of 130 feet, and known asbeing the George and Maria/premises at 1~7~-75 ~arren Rd. Schans Section 2. That the Director of Law be and he is hereby aUthor- ized and directed to apply to a court of competent Jurisdiction to have a Jury impaneled and make inquiry into and assess the compensation to be paid for such property. Section 3. That the costs and expenses of said appropriation be paid out of proceeds realized by the issuance and sale of automobile parking revenue bonds. Section ~. That this ordinance, providing it receives the affirm- ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
