AN ORDINANCE to appropriat? to public use for the purpose of lay- ing out, establishing, constructmng, amintaining and operating off- street parking facilities for motor vehicles. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby appropriated to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles, to-wit: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22 and known as being all of Sublet No. 152 of the Lakewood Realty Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision, ~s recorded in Volume 27, Page 26, of Cuyahoga County Nap Recoras. Said sublet has a frontage of ~0 feet on the easterly side of Warren Road and a depth of 130 feet, and known as being the J. A. and Elinor Bloker premises, 1381 Warren R~. Section 2. That the Director of Law be and he is hereby author- ized and directed to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to have a jury impaneled and make inquiry into and assess the compensa- tion to be paid for such property. Section 3. That the costs and expenses of said appropriation be paid out of proceeds realized by the issuance and sale of automobile parking revenue bonds. Section ~. That this ordinance, providing it receives the affirm- ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
