Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Lawther, Ward, <br /> Chockley, Fahrenbach. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to appropriat? to public use for the purpose of lay- <br />ing out, establishing, constructmng, amintaining and operating off- <br />street parking facilities for motor vehicles. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the following described property be and the <br />same is hereby appropriated to public use for the purpose of laying <br />out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street <br />parking facilities for motor vehicles, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of <br /> Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22 <br /> and known as being all of Sublet No. 152 of the Lakewood Realty <br /> Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision, ~s recorded in Volume 27, <br /> Page 26, of Cuyahoga County Nap Recoras. <br /> <br /> Said sublet has a frontage of ~0 feet on the easterly side of <br /> Warren Road and a depth of 130 feet, and known as being the J. <br /> A. and Elinor Bloker premises, 1381 Warren R~. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Law be and he is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to <br />have a jury impaneled and make inquiry into and assess the compensa- <br />tion to be paid for such property. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the costs and expenses of said appropriation <br />be paid out of proceeds realized by the issuance and sale of automobile <br />parking revenue bonds. <br /> <br /> Section ~. That this ordinance, providing it receives the affirm- <br />ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: August 8, 19~8 <br /> <br />Approved: August 8. 1958 <br /> <br />Thomas O.
