Any license issued shall be construed to run personally to the <br />licensee named therein. It shall be non-transferable and non-~ <br />assignable whether voluntarily or involuntarily, by action of <br />court, or operation of law, and shall be terminated by the <br />death, dissolution, bankruptcy, or appointment of a receiver <br />for the licensee or by a transfer or change in ownership of <br />fifty percent (50%) of the financial interest therein. <br /> <br />In the event of a change of location of the place of business <br />by any licenseeYduring the period for which any license has <br />been issued, the licensee shall notify the Director in writing <br />of such proposed change; the Director shall investigate the <br />proposed new location as for a new license and shall approve or <br />disapprove such new location on the same grounds and by the <br />same procedure as for a new license. In the event the new lo- <br />cation is approved the change of address shall be noted on the <br />Director's records and by him on the license. The fee for such <br />change shall be two dollars ($2.00). <br /> <br />The fee for a license to a holder of a Permit F issued bY the <br />State Board of Liquor Control shall be one dollar ($1.OO). <br />Provided, however, that any bona fide charitable organization <br />may by payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.OO), obtain a license <br />valid until the next December 31st, which will permit sale of <br />beer under successive "F" Permits when and as issued by the <br />State Board of Liquor Control during the period of such license, <br />if before operation under each such permit, such organization <br />gives notice in writing in advance to the Director, of its is- <br />suance and of the dates upon which sales of beer are proposed <br />to be made under such permits. <br /> <br />The Council hereby determines that the amount to be received by <br />the City from the license fees hereinabove stated does not ex- <br />ceed the estimated cost to the City arising in connection with <br />the issuance of the licenses. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
