ORDINANCE NO. 81-58 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Lawther, Chockley. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 171.04 of the <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br />posit for grading or construction work. <br /> <br />Administrative Code <br />relative to the de- <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 171.05 of the Administrative Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading: <br /> <br />"171.05 Return of fee upon completion. <br /> <br />After completion of such work and determination upon inspection by <br />the Division of Streets, Sewers and Sidewalks that such areas are <br />free of dirt and other debris, such deposit~'less (a) the cost of <br />cleaning work performed by the City and (b) two dollars ($2.00) <br />permit fee, shall be returned to the depositor thereof.- <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />171.05 Return of fee upon completion. <br /> <br />After completion of such work and determination upon inspection by <br />the Division of Streets, Sewers and Sidewalks that such areas are <br />free of dirt and other debris, such deposit less (a) the cost of <br />cleaning work performed by the City and (b) ten dollars ($10.00) <br />permit fee, shall be returned to the depositor thereof. <br /> <br />Section 2.
