ORDINANCE NO. 88-58 BY: Messrs, Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Lawther, Chockley. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 337.01 of the Sanitary Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, relative to a license for <br />a public laundry. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 337.01 of the Sanitary Code of the <br /> Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading: <br /> <br /> "337.01 License required. <br /> ..... ~-- hr association of individuals sh.all <br /> No per~on, ii,m, corporav~u~ ~ <br /> establish, maintain or operate any public laundry without having <br /> been licensed to do so by the Division of Health. Every person, <br /> firm, corporation or association of individuals establishing <br /> or maintaining, or operating any public laundry shall, before <br /> being licensed, and for the purpose of paying the expense of the <br /> esti ation and inspection hereinafter provide~o~,P%Y to <br /> inv ~..... I~ +bm ~11m ~f three dollars ~3.0~; mcr <br /> the Division oi neam~ ....... <br /> each year or fraction thereof. All licenses shall expire not <br /> later than the calendar year for which they were issued, ir- <br /> respective of the date of issue." <br /> shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 337.01 License required. <br /> No person, firm, corporation or association of individuals shall <br /> establish, maintain or operate any public laundry without having <br /> been licensed to do so by the Division of Health.
