B) To grant to Lakewood the use of a C.T.S. service road running <br />southerly from Lakewood Heights Blvd. to Triskett Road, for in- <br />gress and egress for all Lakewood vehicles; such service road to <br />be constructed of concrete and sufficiently wide to permit refuse <br />trucks to pass each other and still remain on the paved portion <br />of such service road; C.T.S. will keep such service road free <br />from obstruction so as to permit the free flow of traffic in both <br />directions; Lakewood shall not be charged for the use of such ser- <br />vice road for the period beginning as of the day that C.T.S. be- <br />gins its operation of the rapid western extension, and continuing <br />thereafter until such time as the Lakewood Heights Blvd. overpass <br />is open to travel to the general public. <br /> <br />In consideration whereof, Lakewood agrees to close such portion <br />of Lakewood Heights Blvd., under its control, north and south of <br />the New York Central Railroad c~ossing, beginning as of the day <br />that C.T.S. begins its operation of the rapid westerly extension, <br />and keep such crossing closed until such time as the Lakewood <br />Heights Blvd. overpass is open to travel to the general public. <br />Provided, however that Lakewood may cancel this agreement on ten <br />days written notice, in the event that the contract for the con- <br />struction of a grade separation at Lakewoed Heights Boulevard is <br />not let by the Board of County Commissioners prior to February l, <br />1959. <br /> <br />In Witness Whereof, the parties have hereunto set their hands to <br />duplicates hereof, the day and year first above written. <br /> <br />In the presence of: <br /> <br />Cleveland Transit System <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City of Lakewood <br /> <br />By <br /> <br /> Section 2.
