(b) That arrangements have been er will be made with and agreements obtained from all public utility companies whose lines er structmres will be affected by the said improvement and said companies have agreed te make any amd all necessary plant removals or rearrange- meats in such a manner as te be clear ef any construction called for by the plans ef said improvement and said companies have agreed te make such necessary rearrangements imme~ately after metificatien by said City er the department of highways. (c) That it is hereby a~reed that the City shall at its own expense, make all rearrangements ef water mains, service lines, fire hydrants, valve boxes, sanitary sewers or ethermmmicipally ewRed utilities and/er any appmrtenanees thereto, whether inside er outside the corporate limits, as may be necessary to conform te the said im- provement and said rearrangements shall be done at such time as re- quested by thedepartment of highways engineer. (d) That the construction, reconstructions, and/er rearrange- ment ef ~eth publicly and privately eEaed utilities, referred te in subsections b and ¢ above, shall be done in such a manner as net to interfere madmly with the eperatiom ef the contractor constructing the improvement and all ~ackfilltng ef trenches made necessary ~y such utility rearrangements shall be performed in accordance with the pre- visions ef Section I-2.G6 ef the Ohio Department ef Highways Censtruc- tiou and Material Specifications and shall be subject te approval ~y the State. (e) That said City hereby agrees that the said department ef highways ef the State ef 0hie, shall be and is hereby saved harmless from any and all damages er claims thereof arising from er growing cut of the certification er obligations made er agreed to in Sections a, b, c and d hereinabeve.
