ORDINANCE NO. 30-59 BY: Messrs. Fahrenbach, Gaydos, ~ttermeyer, Lawther, Ward. AN ORDINANCE to amend and supplement Section llll.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the zone map with respect to certain property all as hereinafter set forth and described. (Webb Road) ~HEREAS, It is considered necessary in the interests of public welfare and as well as the owner thereof, that the zoning of property hereinafter described be changed; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO,OIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section llll.12 ef the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by chanEing and revising the zone map to the extent that the property described as~ Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township Section Ne. 23 and further described as follows~ Beginning in the northerly line of Nerthwood Park Subdivi- sion as recorded in Vol. 29, Page 27 of Ouyahoga County Nap Records at a point 130 ft. west of the westerly line of Webb Rd. 50 ft. wide. Thence from said ~l~ee of beginning west along the Bortherly line of said subdlvmsion about 265 ft. to a point 160 ft. easterly along said line from the easterly line of West Olifton Blvd. lO0 ft. wide. Thence north parallel to the easterly line of West Clifton about 130 ft. to the south line of the N.Y.C. & St. L. R.R. Oompany's right-of-way 66 ft. wide. Thence easterly on said southerly line about 265 ft. to a point which is 130 ft. west of Webb Rd. Thence south parallel to Webb Rd. about 169 ft. but to the northerly line of the said Northwood Park Subdivision and the place of beginning, shall be and it is hereby re-classified and changed from Class la Uses, Dwelling, H-l, A-2, to Class lb Uses, Apartment House, H-l, A-~a, as designated and provided in Section llll.03 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby auth- orized and directed to make said re-classification, change and revi- sion in the zone map, which zone map with said re-cla,~ification, change and revision made as herein provided, is hereb~ declared te be a part of this ordinance. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the ~ayor at the ear- liest period allowed by law$ and all ordinances or partes of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
