That for the year 1959, the Director of Finance ef the City ef Lakewoed be and he is hereby instrncted to bill Lakewood Hospital for services rendered te the hospital by the Law Department and ether m,~micipal departments, exclusive ef the Finamee Departmemt, each ~e~th begimming Jmly, 19~, in the amoumt of $$'?~$,00 per ~enth, that for the year l~$O amd thereafter, such monthly charge ~e $2,&83.00, $ectien 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons sta~ed in the preamble hereof, and provide~ it receives the affirmative vote ef twe-thirdsefall mem- bers elected to ¢o~meil, it shall take effect and be in force im- mediately upon its a~ption and approval by the Mayer.
