It <br />is agreed that the number of days to be charged for each <br />prisoner se committed to said jail by the amtherities ef said <br />municipality shall be de~ermined by taking a census of smch <br />prisoners each twenty-fomrheurs at the homr of mi~nigh$, and <br />that the said municipality shall pay the rate per day multi- <br />plied by the number of its prisoners in smch jail at each smch <br />censms hour.
