- 2- <br /> <br />"1131.07 Class A5 District. <br /> <br />In a class A5 district no building shall be erected or altered <br />to accommodate or make provision for more than one family for <br />each eight hundred (800) square feet of the area of the lot." <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1131.07 Class A5 Lot Area District <br /> <br />In a class A5 Lot Area district no building shall be erected <br />or altered to accommodate or make provisions for more than one <br />family for each eight hundred (800) square feet of the area of <br />the lot, provided that if the lot is less thanlSO feet in <br />width and less than 25,000 square feet in area, the building <br />shall not accommodate or make provisions for more than one <br />family for each eleven hundred (llO0) square feet of the area <br />of the lot. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That Section 1131.05 of the Zoning Code of the Cod- <br />ified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, reading as follows: <br /> <br />"1131.05 Exception to Class A3 Restriction. <br /> <br />In a class A3 district a building may be erected or altered to <br />accommodate or make provision for one family for each eight <br />hundred (800) square feet of the area of the lot." <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
