Ward, Chockley, <br /> F~hrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Lawther. <br /> <br /> AN E~ERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Section 107.Ot of the Admin- <br />istrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br />establishing new locations for publishing ordinances, resolutions, <br />statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council by Section lO7.01 established certain loca- <br />tions for posting, and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Several ef such locations are being discontinued, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The adeptio~ of this ordin~uoe is necessary for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAI~D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 107.01 ef the Administrative Cede of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City ef Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br />"107.01 Legal publication by posting. <br /> <br />Inasmuch as no newspaper is printed in the City, the Council <br />exercises the statutory option and hereby determines' that <br />the method of publication of municipal ordinamces, resolu- <br />tions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and re- <br />ports, required by law or ordinance to be published, shall <br />be published by posting copies thereof in not less than <br />five of the most publie places in the City for a period of <br />not less than fifteen days; and this Council determines <br />that the five most pnblic places in the City are in.(1) <br />the City Hall located in Lakewood Park, (2) the Polmce. <br />Station at 1484 Warren Road, (3) the Council Chambers at <br />1$78 Warren Road, (&) the MunicipAl Court Hallway, 147~ <br />Warren Road and (5) the Fire Engine House No. l, 1418 <br />Warren Road.", <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as'follows: <br /> <br />107.1 Legal publication by posting. <br /> <br />Inasmuch as no newspaper is printed.~im the City, the Council <br />exercises the statutory option and hereby determines that the <br />method of publication of municipal ordinances, resolutions, <br />statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports, <br />required by law or ordinance to be published, shall be <br />pnblished by posting copies thereof in not less than five <br />of the most public places in the City for a period of not <br />less than fifteen days; and this Council determines that <br />the five most public places in the City are in (1) I~unicipal <br />Departments and Administration Building, Administrative <br />Section, (2) Municipal Departments and Administration <br />Building, Police Headquarters Section, (3) Fire Engine <br />House No. l, 1418 Warren Road, (4) Fire Engine House No. 2, <br />18124 Detroit Avenue, and (5) Fire Engime House No. 3, <br />1418 Hopkins Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
