Lawther, Ward~ <br /> Chockley~ Fah~enbach, <br /> Fairgrieve. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE adopting a Dwelling House Code and repealing <br />all ordinances and parts of ordinances as are inconsistent there- <br />with. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section l. That there be, and there hereby is~ adopted as <br />the Dwelling House Code of the City of Lakewood, the following: <br /> <br />(Dwelling House Code in file.) <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest period allowed by law and upon its effective <br />date~ ordinance 14~8~ Books i and 2 and amendments thereto incon- <br />sistent with the provisions of this ordinance shall be repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />November 16, 1959 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
