Gaydos, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Chookley, <br /> Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE adopting a Building Code and repealing all ord- <br />inances and parts of ordinances as are inconsistent therewith. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That there be, and therehereby is, adopted as <br />the Building Code of the City of Lakewood, the following: <br /> <br />(Building Code in file.) <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest period allowed by law and upon its effective <br />date, ordinance 1~38, Books i and 2 and amendments thereto incon- <br />sistent with the provisions of this ordinance shall be repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: November 16, 1959 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
