Irvine Subdivision as recorded in Volume 12, page 24, of Cuyahoga County Map RecOrds together with Sublot Nos~ 5 and 6 of the H~ and Co B. Townsend Subdivision as recorded in Volume 9, page 3, of CUyahoga County Map Records and together form- ing a parcel of land more fully described as follows: Beginning in the westerly line of Highland Avenue 80 feet wide at the southeasterly corner of Sublot No° 4 in said T0 Mo Irvine Subdivision recorded as aforesaid. Thence westerly along the southerly line of said Sublot No. 4, 187.37 feet to the southwesterly corner thereof. Thence south on the westerly line of Sublot No. 5 and Sublot No. 6 about 70.00 feet to the northeasterly corner of Sublot NOo 5 in said Townsend Subdivision° Thence westerly, on the northerly line of said Sublot NO. 5, 164.04 feet to the easterly line of Coutant Avenue. Thence south on said easterly line of Coutant Avenue 100 feet to the northerly line of Sublot No. 7 in said Townsend Subdivision° Thence easterly on the northerly line of Sublot NOo 7 aforesaid 164.04 feet to, the northeasterly corner thereof. Thence north about 20~00 feet to the southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 7 in the T~ Mo Irvine Subdivision recorded as aforesaid. Thence east along said sou~erly line of said Sublot NOo7 187.95 feet to the westerly line of Highland Avenue. Thence north along said westerly tine 150 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, restrictions of record, and,ease- ments, if any; together with all the appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto (except the parking meters now on said premises). The VENDEE agrees to pay for said property the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($127,500~00~ payable as follows: The VENDOR adknowledges receipt of a certified check in the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5.000o00) deposited by VENDEE with its proposal to purchase, which sum shall be applied to the purchase price. The balance of the purchase price shall be deposited by the VENDEE with. the escrow agent herein named on or before February 1, 1965.
