<br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make appropriations for current
<br />expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State
<br />of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1965, and re-
<br />pealing Ordinance No. 2-65 entitled "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to
<br />make temporary appropriations for current expenses and other ex-
<br />penditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three
<br />months January 1, 1965 to March 31, 1965~ as provided for by
<br />Section 5705.38 of the Revised Code" adopted by the Council of
<br />the City of Lakewood, January ~, 1965.

<br />ate preservation of the public property, health and safety and
<br />to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal depart-
