It is hereby determined and declared that the amount of said <br />note does not exceed one-half (1/2) of the amount estimated to be received from <br />the next ensuing settlement of taxes for the fiscal year 1965 less the advances <br />thereon and taxes to be received forthe payment of debt service charges~ and it <br />is further determined and declared that no other notes have been issued~2n ant~ <br />cipation of said revenues. <br /> <br /> Section 6. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to certify a copy of <br />this ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br /> Section'7.
