That the assessment of the cost e.nd expense of improving <br />Avenue from ':Jarren Hoad to Belle Avenue in the City of laI{e~~ood, <br />Ohio, by the necessary ß:rading of the base, resurfacing ,fith asphaltic concrete <br />includ.1.nc; the necessary replacement and resetting of c8.stj.ngs and resetting and <br />replacinc; the curbs toz,ether \1ith the necessary appurtenances thereto as set <br />forth in Resolution No. 4310 ß.dopted by this Council on Februe.ry 17. 1964 <br />and DXlIOunting 5.n the a~e1';ate to $5,177.68 as reported to this CouncH <br />on the 5th de.y of Februa1"J, 1965, by the Director of F5.na.nce, be and the same is <br />hereby adopted and confirmed, and th<"t there be and are hereby le"j.ed and <br />assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abuttino; upon said improvement the <br />several =unts reported as a:foresaid, uhich assessments and the descriptj.on of <br />said lots and lands are nO\! 011 :file in the office of the Clerk of Council and <br />which o-ssessments are in propol"tionto the Specj.I:Ù benefits" a.nd are not in <br />excess of any' ste,tutol"J l:i.m:J.tation. <br /> <br />Armin <br /> <br />Sect:r.on 2.
