Ga~aos, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Cain. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain <br />appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 7-65, adopted <br />February l, 1965. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of the public property, health and safety and the <br />usual gaily operation of municipal departments~ now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is here- <br />by authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as <br />appropriated by Ordinance NO. 7-65, adopted February l, 1965. <br /> <br />TRANSFERS,FROM GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />0190100 Council <br /> <br />$ 57,000.00 <br /> <br />TO APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />0190200~ City Qperating contingency <br /> <br />$ 57,000.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That no disbursement nor encumbrance from this <br />Fund shgll be made except by specific prior authorization of <br />Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
