The annual billing of CLEVE~ND, as provided for in <br />Items 5, of its share of financing construction <br />costs shall be done July 1st of each year° <br /> <br />This contract shall continue and be in full force <br />and effect and be non-cancellable for a period of <br />twenty-five (25) years from the date hereof and shall <br />continue indefinitely thereafter until terminated by <br />either party by written notice to the other at least <br />one (1) year in advance of such termination date° <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused <br />their officials, thereunto duly authorized, to <br />execute this agreement in duplicate as of the day <br />and year first above written. <br /> <br />Signatures <br /> <br /> Section 2.
