Messrs. Ward, Wendling, ORDINANCE NO. 61-65 BY: Bennet$, Cain, Gaydos~ Huffman, Usher. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE approving certain Change Order in connection with the Contract for the construction of Sewage Treat- ment Plant Improvements° WHEREAS, Council has heretofore authorized the Director of Public Works to enter into an Agreement with Mosser Construction, Inc., for the construction of Sewage Treatment Plant Improvements, and WHEREAS, under the terms of such Agreement, changes become n~c~ssary, and WHEREAS, the Council desires to take advantage of certain changes in Construction Agreement, and WHEREAS, the completion of the Sewage Treatment Plant Improve- ments is desirable at the earliest possible time, and WHEREAS, the adoption of this Ordinance at the earliest possible time is necessary for the preservation of the Public peace, property, health or safety and that it provides for the usual daily operation of a Municipal Department, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE cITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1o That the items described in Bulletin NOo 1 prepared by Woodruff and Associates, Consultants, be added to the Contract hereinbefore entered into by the City with the Mosser Construction, Inc. with reference to the construction of the Sewage Treatment Plant Improvements, Lakewood, Ohio and that the net cost of the Change Order contained in said Bulletin No. 1 is in the amount of $31,447.00; that said additional construction has been generally referred to as Repairs to Existing Digesters and Digester Control House. Section 2. That the Director of Public Works, is hereby authorized and directed to approve said Change Order. Section 3. That the net cost of such Change Order, in the amount of $31,447o00 be financed out of the proceeds of sale of the Sewage Treatment Plant Improvements Bonds°
