Usher~ Ward, <br /> Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ~uthorizing the transfer of <br />certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 7-65, <br />adopted February l, 1965. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immedi- <br />ate preservation of the public property, health and safety and <br />the usual daily operation of municipal departments~ now, there- <br />fore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
