Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Bennett, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, <br /> <br /> AN EMERGenCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer <br />of certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance <br />No. 36-65, adopted June 7, 1965. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the <br />immediate preservation of the public property, health and <br />safety and the usual daily operation of municipal depart- <br />ments; now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, .eTA~E OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he <br />is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of <br />appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 36-65, <br />adopted June 7, 1965. <br /> <br />TRANSFER,FROM GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />0190225 City Operating COntingency <br /> <br />$1950.00 <br /> <br />TQ.APPROPR!ATI.QN: <br /> <br />0190623 Damages <br /> <br />1950.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2.
