ORDINANCE NO. 82-65 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Huf~aan, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling~ <br /> Bennett, Cain, <br /> Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer <br />of certain appropriations as appropriated by ordinance <br />No. 36-65, adopted June 7, 1965. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the <br />immediate preservation of the public property, health and <br />safety and the usual daily operation of municipal depart- <br />ments; now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he <br />is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of <br />appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 36-65, <br />adopted June 7, 1965. <br /> <br />TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS: <br />0190225 City Operating Contingency <br /> <br />$19~000.00 <br /> <br />TO APPROPRIATIONS: <br /> <br />0195243 Street Lighting <br /> <br />6,000.00 <br /> <br />0191300 Court 1,000.00 <br /> <br />0191800 Public Lands and Buildings <br /> <br />4,500.00 <br /> <br />0192300 Fire 7,500.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2.
