-2- <br /> <br /> Section 2o That Section 907.06 of the General <br />Offenses Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake- <br />wood, now reading as follows; <br /> <br />Section 907.06 Parents, guardians to comply° <br /> <br />"It shall also be unlawful for any parent or guardian <br />of any child under the age of fifteen years to allow <br />such child to be on the streets or sidewalks or any <br />public property within the City of Lakewood between <br />the hours of 11:00 PoM. and 4:00 A~Mo of the following <br />morning or for any parent or guardian of any child <br />of or over the age of fifteen but under the age of <br />eighteen years to allow such child to be upon the <br />streets or sidewalks between the hours of 12 midnight <br />and 4:00 AoM. of the following morning; provided, <br />however, that the provisions of this section do not <br />apply to a minor accompanied by his parent, guardian <br />or other adult person having the care and custody of <br />the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency <br />errand or legitimate business directed by his parent, <br />guardian or other adult person having the care and <br />custody of the minor°" <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 907°06 Parents, guardians to comply° <br /> <br />It shall also be unlawful for any parent or guardian <br />of any child under the age of fifteen years to allow <br />such child to be on the streets or sidewalks or any <br />public property within the City of Lakewood between <br />the hours of 11:00 ~M. and 4:00 AoM. of the follow- <br />ing morning or for any parent or guardian of any <br />child of or over the age of fifteen but under the age <br />of eighteen years to allow such child to be upon the <br />streets or sidewalks between the hours of 12:30 A.M. <br />and 4:00 AoMo of the f~llowing morning; provided, <br />however, that the provlsionb-of this section do not <br />apply to a minor accompanied by his parent, guardian <br />or other adult person having the care and custody of <br />the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency <br />errand or legitimate business directed by his parent, <br />guardian or other adult person having the care and <br />custody of the minor. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
