That Section 329.02 (f) of the Sanitary Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Sectio~ 329.02(f) Family Wading Pool - an artificial body of water, w~th a controlled water supply, not exceeding 18 inches in depth or 100 square feet in surface areaand used collectively by numbers of persons for wading, and used or intended to be used solely by the owner or lessee thereof and his family and by friends invited to use it without payment of any fee. (1) Portable Wading pOo] is hereby defined as a container which is designed or used for wading purposes and which may be dismantled, stored or moved from one place to other° (2) Permanent Wading Pool is hereby defined as a container which is designed or used for wading purposes built either upon or below the level of the ground, which is not designed or intended to be readily dismantled, stored or moved from one place to another. be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 329.02(f) FamilV Wading Pool is an artificial body of water accessory to either a single-family or two- family dwelling house,with a controlled water supply, not exceeding 18 inches in depth or 100 square feet in surface area and used collectively by numbers of persons for wading, and used or intended to be used solely by the owner or lessee thereo and his family and by friends invited to use it without pay- ment of any fee° (1) .Portable Wading Pool is hereby defined as a container which is designed or used for wading purposes and which may be dismantled, stored or moved from one place to another. That Section 329.15(p) of the Sanitary Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Section 329.15(p) Bathhouse and toilet facilities° Every public swimming pool shall be provided with conveniently located dressing, shower, locker and toilet rooms, and if such pool is intended for simultaneous use by both sexes, separate facilities shall be provided for each sex. For the purpose of this section, it may be assumed that the maximum load shall consist of an equal number of males and females° Sanitar~ fixtures, based on maximum expected load, shall be provided as follows:
