<br /> AN EI~RGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of
<br />the annual, salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of
<br />the City of Lakewood commencing October 9, 1966.

<br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergencymeasure providing
<br />for the usual daily, operation of a municipal department in that in the
<br />interest of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the
<br />compensation of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />OHIO:

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF
<br />
<br /> Section Ii Positions are hereby created and the compensation of
<br />annual, salaried employees in the several departments and divieions of the
