Usher '~ Gaydos, Huffman, Kelley, Ward, wendling, Cain BY, 83-66 ",,~ ORDINANCE NO .- AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE approving certain Change Order in connection with the Contract for the construction of the Municipal Service ùepartment Garage Building. WHEREAS, Council has heretofore authorized the Director of Public Works to enter into an Agreement with Richard L. Benes Construction Company for the construction of a Municipal Service Department Garage Building, and, of such Agreement, and in certain changes and additions 'WHEREAS, Under the terms the construction of this facility, were required, and, WHEREAS, The Council desires to take advantage of certain changes in Construction Agreement in order to improve design arrangements, and, WHEREAS, The completion of the building and occupancy thereof is desirable at the earliest possible time, and, WHEREAS, The adoption of this ordinance at the earliest possible time is necessary for the preservation of the Public pea.ce, property, health or safety and that it provides for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now therefore, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OF OHIO: STA TE Section 1. That the following items be added to the total price of the Contract hereinbefore entered into by the city with the Richard L. Benes Construction company, with reference to the construction of the Municipal Service Depart- ment Garage Building, Lakewood, Ohio, $249.00 324.00 90.00 200.00 702.00 275.00 584.60 745.35 257.60 166.50 $3,594.05 the Building, TOTAL Section 2. That the following changes which result in credits to the city be deducted from the total price of the Contract hereinbefore entered into by the City with the Richard L.
