<br /> 2 <br />The preliminary·development plans shall show locations of the proposed build- <br />ings, height of buildings, yard, driveways, walks, parking areaS and screening <br />therefor and other site improvements, the surrounding streets, present and <br />proposed lot lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining lots. <br />All provisions of Section 1113.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of Lakewood· shall apply except that under Sched.Üe 4 thereof there shall be a <br />minimum of l25 parking spaces provided, none of which need to be enclosed. <br />Section 3. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make said reclassification, change and revision in the Zoning Map, <br />which Zoning Map, with said reclassification, change and revision made as <br />herein provided, is hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. <br />Section 4.
