Section 18. In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of <br />the Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines <br />that the manner of giving notice of the passage of this ordinance <br />is to be by posting copies hereof for a period not less than fifteen <br />(15) days, in not less than (5) of the most public places in the City, <br />which pleces have been determined by Council in Ordinance ~55-59. <br /> <br /> Section 19. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, and <br />Ordinance No. 1-67 and all other ordimances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted:, February 20, 1967 <br /> <br />Char!.es S.
