ORDINANCE NO. 12-67 BY: Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, Hu£ Kelley, USher, Ward, and ~endling AN ORDINANCE to amend Section llll.12, Subsection 3, Paragraph (1) of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of LakewoOd relating to the boundary of the le Use District on the Zoning Map. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1111.12, Subsection 3, Paragraph (1) of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood~ now reading as follows: "(1) Beginning at the east lot line of the properties on the corners at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Riverside Drive and extending eastward on both sides of the street following the existing boundary of the retail store district to Northland on the north side of Madison and the east line of parcel No. 7 Page 14 Book 313 on the south side of Madison Avenue and north side of Hilliard Road." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: (1) Beginning at the east lot line of the properties on the corners at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Riverside Drive and extending eastward on both sides of the street following the existing boundary of the retail store district to Northland on the north side of Madison and the west line of Parcel No. 7 Page 14 Book 313 on the south side of Madison Avenue and north side of Hilliard Road.
