-19- <br /> <br /> ~ffective until all of said taxes levied in the aforesaid <br /> period are fully paid and any and all suits and prosecutions <br />!for the collection of said taxes or for the punishment of <br /> violations of this Chapter shall have been fully terminated, <br /> subject to the limitations contained in Sections 128.1701, <br /> 128.1702, 128.1703, 128.1505, 128.1506 and 128.1507 hereof. <br /> <br /> (B) Annual returns due for all or any part of the last <br />effective year of this Chapter shall be due on the date <br />provided in Sections 128.1101 and 128.1302 of this Chapter <br />as though the same were continuing, <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />~mergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />~,~provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />~embers elected to Council it shall take effect and be in force <br />r~?immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, <br />~t shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />~'~i~riod allowed by law. <br /> <br />June 19~ 1967 <br /> <br />Charles $.
