That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is <br />hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the <br />extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section No. 22 and bounded and described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the northwesterly corner of Sublot <br />No. 1 in the Lakewood Overlook Allotment as shown by the <br />plat recorded in volume 66, Page 20, Cuyahoga County <br />Records of Maps; thence southerly along the westerly line <br />of said Sublot No.1, 190.06 fee~to the southwesterly <br />corner thereof; thence easterly along a line parallel <br />with the northerly line of Madison Avenue, 80 feet wide, <br />57.75 feet to a point; thence northerly and parallel with <br />the first described line to a point on a line parallel <br />with the northerly line of Madison Avenue and measured <br />at right angles 150 feet therefrom; thence in an easterly <br />direction along a line parallel to and 150 feet no~therly <br />from the north line of Madison Avenue about 273.74 feet to <br />a point in the westerly line of The Arthur Heights Sub- <br />division as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 67, Page <br />14, Cuyahoga County Record of Maps; thence northerly along <br />the westerly line of said subdivision about 364.56 feet to <br />a point on the souther¡y side of Hilliard Avenue; 60 feet <br />wide; thence in a southwesterly direction along the south- <br />erly side of Hilliard Avenue 421.53 feet to the place of <br />beginning. . <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from 2d-H3-A4 <br />and la-HI-A2 to IE. The Building Line with respect to the above- <br />described property abutting Hilliard Avenue shall be a minimum of <br />twenty-five feet (25'). <br /> <br />Section 2. Preliminary development plans for the land <br />described in Section 1 hereof shall be submitted to the Lakewood <br />City Planning Commission and reviewed for compliance with any duly <br />adopted thoroughfare or land use plans, the various design standard~ <br />and requirements of zoning regulations <br />
