-2- <br /> <br />1. The first ten (10) feet of the twenty-five <br /> (25) feet set-back is retained in lawn and <br /> landscape planting. <br /> <br />2. The parking area shall be paved and drained <br /> into a public sewer. <br /> <br />3. Guard rails and tire stops shall be installed <br /> to maintain cars in proper positions. <br /> <br />MEDICAL OR DENTAL OFFICES: <br /> <br />Medical or dental offices, <br /> <br />but not a veterinarian's office may be <br />permitted as a main use in the le use district, <br />provided that: <br /> <br />The parking requirements of 1115.015(7) and <br />1115.016 shall be provided without variance, <br />exception or waiver. <br /> <br />If the front yard is used for parking, there <br />shall be provided between the front property <br />line and the paved parking area a landscaped <br />area at least five feet deep. <br /> <br />If any dwelling units are on the same property <br />or in the same building, 1½ off-street parking <br />spaces shall be provided for each dwelling <br />unit, <br /> <br />4. Such offices herein permitted shall be used <br /> for treatment of out,patients only. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
