That there be appropriated from the <br /> Winterhurst Skating Rink Fund: <br /> <br />10,000.00 <br /> <br />Section 12. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Hospital Fund: <br /> <br />1,500,000.00 <br /> <br />Section 13. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Hospital Capital Outlay and Depreciation <br /> Fund: <br /> <br />40,000.00 <br /> <br />Section 14. That there he appropriated from the <br /> Hospital Expansion Fund: <br /> <br />1,000,000.00 <br /> <br />Section 15. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in <br />this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the <br />head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided <br />the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 1 ~ That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />~nu~. ~. 1968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
