In accordance with Article III, Section 14 0f <br />the Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines <br />that the manner of giving notice of the passage of this ordinance is <br />to be by posting copies hereof for a period not less than fifteen (15) <br />days, in not less than five (5) of the most public places in the City, <br />which places have been determined by Council in Ordinance No 55-59. <br /> <br /> Section 17. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble,~and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immed- <br />iately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor~ and Ordinance No. 1-68 <br />and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith <br />are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />March 4, 1968 <br /> <br />March 4, 1968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
