In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter of <br />the City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving <br />notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof <br />for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days, in not less than five <br />(5) of the most public places in the City, which places have been deter- <br />mined by Council in Ordinance No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:~._~_ March 18, 1968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
