-2- <br /> <br /> (8) <br /> (9) <br />(lO) <br />(ll) <br /> <br />(6) The levy or imposition of taxes, 8ssess~.ents or charges. <br />(7) The establishment, naming~ vacating or grade level of any street <br /> or public .way~ <br /> The dedication of property or plat approval. <br /> The annexation or detachment of territory. <br /> Any legislation enacted subsequent to April 1, 1968. <br /> Zoning Ordinance 1786 adopted February 13, 1922, as amended, and <br /> Platting and Subdividing Ordinance 70-67 adopted December 20,1967, <br /> as amended (formerly codified as Parts 11 and 17 of the 1952 <br /> Codified Ordinance s). <br /> <br />Section 3. That any section of the 1968 Codified Ordinances without a <br />legislative history at the end thereof indicates that such section contains <br />new matter ordained by this Adopting Ordinance. <br /> <br />Pursuant to City Charter Article III, Section 14 and Section 107.12 of the <br />Codified Ordinances, the Clerk of Council shall post a copy of this Adopting <br />Ordinance along with a copy of the Codified Ordinances for a period of not <br />less than fifteen days, in the five public posting places specified in <br />Section 107.01 of the Codified Ordinances. <br /> <br />Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council and is <br />approved by the Mayor, it shall take effect and be in force immediately. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />May 6, 1968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
