That any section of the 1968 Codified Ordinances without a <br />legislative history at the end thereof indicates that such section contains <br />new matter ordained by this Adopting Ordinance. <br /> <br />Pursuant to City Charter Article III, Section 14 and Section 107.12 of the <br />Codified Ordinances, the Clerk of Council shall post a copy of this Adopting <br />Ordinance along with a copy of the Codified Ordinances for a period of not <br />less than fifteen days, in the five public posting places specified in <br />Section 107.01 of the Codified Ordinances. <br /> <br />Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council and is <br />approved by the Mayor, it shall take effect and be in force immediately. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />May 6, 1968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
