Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, <br />Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendl/ng <br /> <br />AN EF~RGENCY ORDINANCE creating the position and fixing the <br />salary of the Sewage Plant Assistant Superintendent. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department in that in the interest of public service, wel- <br />fare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation <br />of the above-mentioned position; now~ therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI~ OF LAEEWoOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The position of Sewage Plant Assistant Superintendent <br />iS hereby created and the compensation fixed as follows: <br /> <br />STREET D IVIS_IOH <br /> <br />Sewage Plant Assistant.Superintendent <br /> <br /> $9,200 <br />Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative 'vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval'by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:June 17, ~968 <br /> <br />Robert E.
