That the real property to be sold hereunder by the City is located within the aforesaid Project Area and is more particularly described as follows: Parcel No. 1: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 48 in The Mathews and Gilbert High Bridge Park Subdivision No. 4 of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 23, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 10 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 45.75 feet front on the westerly side of Sloane Avenue, and extend- ing back about 202 feet on the Northerly line, 191.34 feet on the Southerly line,and having a rear line of 28.72 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
