That the question of the amendment of Article <br />XIV, Section 30 of the Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, so that as amended the same shall be and read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 30. Levy for Police and Firemen~s Disability <br /> and Pension Fund <br />"Notwithstanding any other provision of the Charter of <br /> the City of Lakewood, and in addition to all other <br /> levies authorized or required by law, but otherwise in <br /> the manner provided for the making of other municipal <br /> levies, the Council shall levy annually~ without a <br /> vote of the people, outside of the constitutional and <br /> statutory ten (10) mill limitation and outside of the <br /> limitations provided by this Charter, a tax upon all <br /> real and personal property listed for taxation upon the <br /> tax lists and duplicates for ~te year 1968 and each year <br /> thereafter sufficient in rate to provide all monies <br /> required by the laws of the State of Ohio to be paid by <br /> the City of Lakewood into the Police and Firemen's Dis- <br /> ability and Pension Fund of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Upon adoption of this amendment, present Section 30 of <br />Article XIV of t'he Charter of the City of Lakewood shall <br />be repealed." <br /> <br />be submitted to a vote of the qualified electors of the City at <br />the general election to be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of <br />November, 1968, at the regular places of voting in the City between <br />the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
